Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged and remains unopened in its original packaging.
To report a damaged item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@weavebeirut.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will review the case and provide next steps if the item qualifies.
Items that are opened, used, worn, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, contact info@weavebeirut.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special order products
- Personal care items
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@weavebeirut.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a damaged item is approved for return and received in unopened condition. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
